Born in Vijayawada, Mr. Venkata Raghava Rao. K, an SRMBG College alumnus, began his career diligently as a UDC in Central Excise & Customs from 1995 to 2004. He transitioned into real estate in 2017, quickly becoming a luminary in the sector. He leads thriving businesses including Sri Sai Balaji Granite Industry, Konark Enterprises, and Metacon Industries, setting benchmarks in their fields. His visionary leadership is evident in impactful projects like Fortune Infratech and Start Iconic Towers. 

Beyond business, Mr. Rao is a dedicated philanthropist, committed to societal upliftment. His journey embodies continuous success, visionary leadership, and a lasting positive impact.

Ranganayakulu Vattikonda

Born in Macherla, Guntur District, Mr. Ranganayakulu Vattikonda is a distinguished professional. He holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, which underpins his strong technical abilities. With two decades of real estate experience, he began in 2002 by developing open plots. Later, he became a pivotal partner in Pioneer Builders, a respected entity focused on real estate project development.

Mr. Vattikonda is not only technically adept but also an accomplished administrator and project executor, ensuring seamless project realization

Srinivasa Rao karumanchi

Mr. Srinivasa Rao Karumanchi is a distinguished business figure. Holding a Bachelor’s in Mathematics from Nagarjuna University, he possesses a strong analytical mind. Since 1998, he has been the proprietor of Sri Venkata Srinivasa Stones and Slates, demonstrating entrepreneurial skill and a commitment to quality in natural stones. In 2010, he expanded into logistics with Sri Venkata Srinivasa Transport, streamlining supply chains. His strategic foray into real estate began in 2017 with a partnership in Sri Nivas Developers, where he crafts visionary living spaces meeting modern market demands.
